So what does this innovation achieve? This innovation shall have application in multiple domains - automobiles, industrial automation, automation solutions. Prime objective of present invention is to provide a configurable system for distributing and remote monitoring of multiple I/O signals by reducing cable harnessing that is configured to use in a distributed input/output system, having circuits for responding to computer generated signals for the control of a sequence of data transfer operations, including operations that are dependent upon the logic level of signals representing the status of peripheral units.
